ECOGRACE provide filter bags for Asphalt Mixing plant, we adopt high-class Nomex American Brand Aramid Fiber ,the working life of filter is long.the flue gas dust filtered out to trap a particle size of more than 0.3μm dust, dust removal efficiency up to up to 95%.
Advantages of Nomex filter bags:
1) Performs at high temperatures
Nomex Filter Bags can be used continuously at operating temperatures up to 218°C (425°F) .
2) Good abrasion Resistant
Flex resistance of Nomex filter bag at room temperature is good, about equal to that of polyester fibers; after aging at temperatures of 121°C (250°F) and above its toughness if excellent. Nomex filter bag should give more than three times the wear life of polyester filter bags at 121°C (250°F) and above.
3) Good chemical Resistant
Nomex filter bag work well in acid environment, The dust collector system should be warmed before putting on stream and dried before being shut down to minimize chemical attack.

The most effective use of Nomex filter bag ,aramid filter bag is in high temperature filtration systems where effluent temperature are above 190 C degree or in systems with surges over190 C degree. In hot gas filtration systems, Nomex filter bag require less filter area, for equal gas volume and efficiencies, than fiber glass.
